WHEN CUSTOMER SIGN-UP THE CONNECTION, THEY SAID UNLIMITED. WHEN YOU USE NORMALLY THEY DISCONNECT YOUR SERVICE AFTER CHARGE. IF YOU ASK THE REASON THEY SAID YOU MADE CALLS TO MORE THAN 20 UNIQUE NUMBERS..HECTIC SERVICE..

THEY COULDN'T PROVIDE NORMAL SERVICE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ANOTHER HECTIC FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DON'T WANT LISTEN ANYTHING......SAID SEND YOUR ISSUE TO SUPPORT EMAIL, YOU DIDN'T GET ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM. THEY SAID FINALLY OUR SYSTEMS WERE DESIGNED LIKE THIS WAY.......

I agree with your post.I too had the Unlimited plan.

Cordiaip kept changing the rules without informing.

I was not informed about the 20 unique numbers, when asked why I am not able to make calls, that when they are telling me that you can only make calls to 20 numbers in a month.I WILL NOT RECOMMENDED ANYBODY...
